1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently deliver within the state of Tripura only.
- All orders are shipped through India Post – Speed Post for secure and trackable delivery.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Within Agartala: Delivered within 1 working day from the date of dispatch.
- Outside Agartala (within Tripura): Delivered within 3 working days from the date of dispatch.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free delivery within Agartala.
- ₹60 shipping charge for deliveries outside Agartala (within Tripura).
4. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
- Customers will be promptly notified if any delay occurs during order processing or dispatch.
- Customers will receive a payment confirmation message once the transaction is verified.
- After dispatch, a Speed Post tracking number will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email so you can track your package online easily.
5. Handling & Delivery
- All shipments are securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
- Delivery times may slightly vary in case of postal delays, weekends, or public holidays.
6. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are entered correctly during checkout.
